ICSOM maintains an Internet mailing list called Delegate-L. This list is open only to ICSOM delegates, chairs of ICSOM member orchestras, and to the ICSOM Governing Board. Postings on Delegate-L should be treated as confidential. All ICSOM delegates are expected to subscribe to Delegate-L and to participate actively.
