September 14, 1996:

The Dayton Philharmonic ratified a 3-year agreement on June 10, 1996 which runs from Sept. 1, 1996 to Aug. 31, 1999.

Wages: Increases were 1% through 2/15/97 and an additional 1% from 2/16/97 through 8/31/97, and 3% each of the following 2 years.
