On June 12, 2009, the musicians of the Alabama Symphony ratified a one-year agreement that runs from Sept 1, 2009 to August 31, 2010.

WORKING CONDITIONS: [NEW] Five times per season the Music Director may choose to use one 2 minute increment of overtime during Masterworks dress rehearsals without extra payment to the musicians.
MISCELLANEOUS: Principal overscale has been increased from 20% to 22%.
