2025 Conference Materials

August 20 - 23, 2025

The 2025 conference will be hosted by the Musicians of The Cleveland Orchestra and Local 4.

Registration information will be available online only. (For instructions and the pre-registration link, open the pdf file "READ-ME-FIRST".

Delegates will receive this information in an email and are encouraged to forward the information to orchestra members and/or local officers planning to attend the conference. Since notice will be send via email rather than USPS, please check with your colleagues to assure they received the informaiton or direct them to this website.

Delegates unable to attend this summer's conference, orchestras that have elected a new delegate, or who are sending an alternate delegate in place of the delegate, should notify the ICSOM Secretary as soon as possible. 

Local officers, members of ICSOM orchestras, and other guests should notify the ICSOM Secretary if planning to attend but do not receive the conference information via email.
